I need suggestions onanother reliable way to wake up in the morning without the use of sound. Please help!? - earplugs hear alarm clock

The situation arises, I live on a college campus and I had to neighbors, go enjoy the loud music with lots of bass. Thye're want to rejection after 10 years. Unfortunately, the problem is to go to bed early because I work very, very early (5). I found if I wear earplugs, I can sleep better, but otherwise I can not hear my caller alarm for work. Are there any other medium or device that can wake me who is reliable for the job? Thank you in advance for any suggestions!
