I need help purchasing an electronic dart board for my husband? - electronic game manufacturer

I know nothing about darts and need help selecting the perfect .. Can anyone help? I found these 2 and I know that Halex is a good brand.

Do I really need a registered mail? A standard set of darts is more than enough to play a game of darts, I feel.
